About the Conference

We are pleased to organize this conference on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Prof. Shing-Tung Yau's proof of Calabi's conjecture. Over the past five decades, Calabi-Yau geometry has become a central theme in modern mathematics and mathematical physics, generating profound developments in differential geometry, algebraic geometry, topology, string theory, and related areas.

The aim of this conference is to bring together researchers from diverse backgrounds in mathematics and physics to discuss recent advances related to Calabi-Yau geometry, to reflect on its mathematical legacy, and to examine how current developments may shape future directions of research in the field. We hope that the conference will provide an important forum for the exchange of ideas, the initiation of new collaborations, and the advancement of fundamental questions at the interface of mathematics and physics.
