String-Math 2025

The String Math conference is an annual meeting that brings together researchers working at the interface of mathematics and physics, particularly in string theory, quantum field theory, and related areas. Recent advances in both fields have profoundly reshaped our perspectives and deepened the connections between them. This year, String Math 2025 will be held from June 23 to 28 at the Beijing Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Applications (BIMSA).

Registration Fee

The registration fee is RMB 3,000.00 for faculty and RMB 1,500.00 for students. You can use WeChat Pay or transfer on the login page.

Hotels

The registration fee does not include accomodation. Once you decide to attend the conference, please book the hotel as soon as possible. Below is a list of hotels near the BIMSA agreed to provide discount room rates for String-Math participants, and during the work days of the conference, there will be shuttle buses between the following hotels and the conference venue (BIMSA). Please contact the hotels and make the reservation by yourself. To get the discounted price, please note that you are a String-Math participant while booking. You may choose a hotel that is not on the list, however please be aware that shuttle services will not be available. We recommend hotels in Huairou District, Beijing, since the driving time from downtown Beijing can be as long as 1.5 to 2 hours.
